Note: IF something should go wrong with your machine, immediately call HTEUSA (631-777-8883) and obtain an RP# (RP for REPAIR). This number must be written clearly on the outside of the box in which your Chi machine is returned to the company. If it is not, the box will be refused and returned to you. When you call for the RP#, you need to know your ID# and your invoice number.
